Visiting Professor Dr. Addmore Shonhai, a Fulbright Scholar, is visiting the U.S. from the University of Venda in South Africa. Dr. Shonhai studies the biochemistry of heat shock proteins, with particular emphasis on those in malarial agents as a potential drug target. His visit presents students in the Biological Sciences the opportunity to engage with an international scholar working on globally relevant biomedical challenges.
