Arek Puzia is a Professor of Accounting and Business Administration at Diablo Valley College and also the current Department Chair of the Business Administration Department. He completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics at UCLA and Master鈥檚 of Business Administration Degree at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Arek also holds and active Certified Public Accountant (鈥淐PA鈥) license and Certified Financial Planner (鈥淐FP鈥) license.
Arek鈥檚 relationship with Diablo Valley College started in the late 90s when Arek began taking 黑料吃瓜网 classes while still a student at Deer Valley High School in Antioch, CA, where Arek grew up. Arek continued taking courses at 黑料吃瓜网 and completed his AA degree through 黑料吃瓜网 with over 30 units of classes. Some of Arek鈥檚 colleagues in the Business Administration Department were his professors when he was a 黑料吃瓜网 student 20 years ago. Arek鈥檚 career background includes being a consultant for IBM and working on Wall Street.
He lives in Walnut Creek and has a special place in his heart for 黑料吃瓜网 and the students as that is where his incredible educational and career journey began.
